Apple a day keeps the dr. away

The pictures above are of me being a complete hamm. The first one shows me stealing dad's seat when he got up to get some water. I had so much fun teasing him. The next photo is my squinting teethe grin. I always get a good laugh from this face so why quit.

Another nice weekend and no illness to report. Must be all of the apples I have been munching on lately. I started saying the word "apple" this weekend and will say "apple more" and use sign language to indicate I need for mom to put a few more slices on my plate.

This weekend I got a trailer, which attaches to dad's bike. I totally loved going out on the road and exploring. The best part was stopping at the park so that I could go on the gigantic slide and swings.

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Are you wearing green today? I actually don't really have anything green so I'm not wearing green either! The last few days in Michigan have been fabulous. I seem to be coming out of my winter doldrums. I've tried to enjoy every bit of fresh outdoor air I can get between walks, romping on my play yard, and BBQs.

Lately, I'm trying to say more things. My latest and greatest word is "No". I exaggerate the word and it almost sounds as if I am teasing when I say it.

PS. The picture illustrates my method of getting off of the bed. Notice I can even do it with a cup in my hand!

I actually have a fairly interesting vocabulary in addition to the sign language words I know. I surprised mom and myself this weekend when I said banana and also balloon. Those two are pretty big words in my option.

I had a great weekend which included visiting with my cousin, grandparents, and little Bella on Saturday and then perusing the Detroit Boat Show on Sunday. The Geico girls gave me gold beads and a pirate made me my first balloon sword, which ended up dramatically popping.

Big Hands!

Hello! I admit it has been way too long since I've written. What do you think of the picture in this post? Pretty silly, huh? If you leave your gloves or shoes out I am almost always ready to test them out and see how they fit. I'm getting quite big these days, fast and stable.

Last week I had tubes put in my ears to help with keeping water from pooling in my ears and becoming infected. So far everything seems to be working well. This is a wonderful alternative to antibiotics.

Yesterday I wrote out Pixar V-day cards for my classmates. The other kids are a bit older than me so I'm sure they will enjoy getting a card. We are having a little party on the 14th at school.
